What a bonus cel! Makoto is here under a dome, bathed in a glaring light. I don't remember whether this is from his discovery of Kalia in the TV series, or his encounter with the lost technology in the OVAs. Either way, it's an excellent example of the dramatic lighting effects in the show. This is also an awkwardly put-together cel which was stapled upside down to its background when I got it. I'm not 100% sure it's oriented correctly now :)
